Terms & Conditions

1.Booking

All bookings must be made online or by phone. Confirmation of a booking means acceptance of these terms.

2.Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Online bookings may require a deposit.

3.Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee applies

4.Access to Property

The client must provide access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to do so will result in the service being charged in full

5.Liability

We guarantee high-quality cleaning. However, we are not liable for:

  • pre-existing wear, damage, or defects,

  • damage to fragile or unusual items.

6.Complaints

Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the service. We will re-clean free of charge or offer compensation.

7.Safety & Valuables

The client is responsible for securing valuables. The company is not liable for any unreported valuable items.

8.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version is always available on our website.
